LIFE has brought me Life. I had put on so much weight before my surgery and more after, it was so hard to get up and get moving. But now, baby! I can get up in the morning without the struggle. My energy levels are up and I feel fantastic! I feel the inches coming off. I am really happy with the results.

Good morning beautiful!!! I still haven't had an appetite!!! I increased my water intake and the waste followed!!!!!!! I'm impressed with how I haven't had the desire or need to eat!!! I can see something I want to try but don't because I feel full, and hadn't had a morsel of food all day!!! I've been noticably calm for an Aries too!!! Thanks so much for introducing me to this combo!!!
